At Empower Persona, offerings are created with deep preparation and energetic commitment. To honor this sacred exchange, the following policy applies:
❌ No Refunds
Payments are non-refundable for:
- Online or in-person courses and workshops
- Digital programs or downloads
- Healing sessions and consultations (live or remote)
- Energy tools, rituals, or personalized services
❌ No Cancellations
- Once booked or enrolled, cancellations are not permitted.
- Missed sessions or no-shows cannot be refunded.
✅ Rescheduling
- One-time rescheduling may be offered if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
